At 9:30 AM, I was called in for an interrogation. I complied for about 30 minutes before meeting with Ueno-sensei at 10 AM. The meeting started around 10:10 AM, and I could sense his frustration as he emphasized the importance of remaining silent. It’s clear now that they’re aiming for a re-arrest under the Anti-Money Laundering Act. This is going to be a tough battle.
If they manage to pin me with the Anti-Money Laundering charges, a prison sentence is likely. Additionally, while the chances are slim, there’s a possibility of property confiscation. The key is to avoid giving them any information.
In the afternoon, I told them I would remain silent, which seemed to shock them quite a bit.

朝9:30に取調べによばれる。30分くらい応じたが、10時から上野弁護士と接見。10:10頃開始した。やはり、黙秘は絶対だったようで怒られた感。相手は犯収法で再逮捕を狙っているのは確実っぽい。いやぁ、厳しい戦いになってしまいそうである。
犯収法で上手くやられてしまうと実刑も見ててくるとの事だった。また、不動産の没収もかなり可能性は低いが有り得る様だ。とにかく相手に情報を与えないということだ。
午後、黙秘することを告げるとかなりショックを受けていた。
