Oct-11 20th and 21st Detention Diary

It has been 20 days since I was arrested. I’m gradually getting used to this life. Every day, I was doing over 200 push-ups, 200 sit-ups, and adding squats, but after reading some of the recommended Prisoner Training by ceit, I decided to put it into practice. I started again from the basics of push-ups, leg raises, and squats, and it turned out to be more challenging than I expected. I’ll lose weight and get out of here.

In the morning interrogation, I reaffirmed my decision to remain silent. The police seemed to have had some expectations, but when I told them I would be completely silent from now on, they mentioned that silence has become more common recently.

逮捕されて20日が経過した。この生活にも段々慣れてしまった。毎日、腕立て200回以上、腹筋200回以上にスクワットを加えていたが、ceitからのススメのプリズナートレーニングをある程度読んだので実践してみた。プッシュアップ、レッグレイズ、スクワットの初級からやり直すことにしたが、思ったよりキツイ。やせてから出る。

朝の取調べでは改めて黙秘宣言。少々の期待が警察側にもあったらしいが、ここから完全黙秘だと伝えると、ここ最近は黙秘が多いのだと教えてくれた。
