In the morning, around 10:30, Professor Ueno came by. I had been contemplating whether to continue with Professor Ueno for the criminal trial, but after discussing things like the financial plan, I decided to ask for his help. I wanted someone who would approach this trial with a combat mindset, so I’m grateful to have someone like Professor Ueno. I had already prepared the documents, so when I asked what else I should do, he said it was just a matter of “waiting.” So, I’m spending my time sleeping and reading books. Thinking about living like this for about a month is quite discouraging, but there’s no choice but to keep taking it one day at a time.

朝、10時半頃、上野先生が来た。これからも上野先生を立てて刑事裁判をやっていくかどうか悩んでいたが、資金計画等を相談することが出来、やはり上野先生にお願いすることにした。この裁判は戦闘モードでやってくれる方にしたいと思っていたので、上野先生のような方がありがたいとは思っていた。資料も創っていたので、後は何をすべきかとたずねると、「待つ」だけだということなので、寝て、本を読んで過ごしている。約１ヶ月間、こんな生活をしていくのかと思うと改めて落ち込むが、1日を日々積み上げていくしかない。
