It’s cold. The change of seasons is evident. I spent the morning in long sleeves and long pants. Breakfast was a processed fish product resembling chikuwa. At 9:30, I cleaned the toilet. Interrogation started at 10:00, and I immediately made a request: “I can use a pen from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but it’s unavailable during lunch at 12:00 and dinner at 5:00 for an hour, leaving me no time to write.” I explained that writing helps me organize my thoughts and I need that time. Interrogations always catch me off guard, and if I’m unprepared, I might give unfavorable answers. I began with silence, but I answered the vague question, “How many merchants are there for online casinos and games?”
At lunchtime, I returned to my room. It was the usual two pieces of bread and a croquette, but I regretted it slightly when I saw my neighbor eating a homemade mapo tofu bento. Tomorrow, it seems, I’ll be “transported.” That’s tough… (cry). Later, I found out this transportation was for a medical visit. What a relief! However, on October 5th, I’ll be transported to the prosecutor’s office… more hardship!!
In the afternoon, there was another interrogation. They smoothly bombarded me with questions and wanted to write a deposition. They asked which company used which account and when. I felt pressured and complied with the deposition. I decided this would be the last time. They were determined to include a sentence saying the accounts were used for “online casinos.” From now on, I’ll stick firmly to my right to remain silent. I remember how happy they were to get a deposition after a long time. Later, that detective got scolded by the detention staff for going 15 minutes over time.

寒い。明らかに季節が変わった。朝から長袖・長ズボンで過ごす。朝食はちくわのような練り物。9時半にトイレそうじ。10時から取り調べで早速注文を付けた。「ペンが使える時間がAM10:00〜PM8:00で昼食12:00夕食5:00の1時間が使用不可で書く時間がない。」書くというのは考えをまとめるのに良いのでその時間を確保したいと伝える。取調べはいつも不意打ちだし、考えがまとまってないところにこられても変な答えをしちゃったら不利になるし・・・。黙秘からスタートしたが、「オンラインカジノ・ゲームのマーチャントはいくつあるのか？」というふわっとした質問には答えておいた。お昼になったので部屋に戻った。いつものパン2つとコロッケだが、となりがマーボーの自弁を食ってるのを見て若干後悔。明日は「押送」らしい。辛い・・・（泣）後でわかったのだが、この明日の押送は通院のための押送だった。よかった〜。でも、10/5木は地検の押送らしい・・・。苦行!!午後はまた取り調べ。ヌルっと質問攻めしてきて調書を書きたいと言ってきた。どの会社がどの口座でいつごろ利用されたか等を聞かれたがもう押しに押されて調書に応じた。これを最後にしようと思った。どうしても「オンラインカジノ」のために利用したという内容の一文を差し込みたいらしい。今後はビシッと黙秘を貫こうと思う。久しぶりの調書が取れて喜んでたのを思い出す。その後その刑事は留置の人に激オコられてた笑。取調べを15分もオーバーしたから。
