Cold Air

Over the past month, I’ve been feeling it getting colder day by day. The dry air is also starting to bother me, and with my elbows and knees beginning to get rough, I’ve been carefully applying Hirudoid cream.

The spot I’ve claimed in the cell is closest to the corridor, so cold air constantly seeps in and blows directly onto the left side of my body. It’s freezing. Occasionally, I do squats to warm up and raise my body temperature. Rumor has it that the heating will be turned on properly in November. I’m not sure I can last that long. I really want to get out of here soon.

冷気

この1ヶ月で日に日に寒くなるのを感じる。空気の乾燥も気になり、ひじやひざなど、カサつき始めているのでヒルドイドは入念に塗っている。

房内で陣取っている場所が通路に最も近いのだが、常時冷気が入ってきて左半身に直接吹いてくる。寒い。たまにスクワットをして体温を上げて暖を取っている。ウワサによると、11月はしっかりめの暖房が入るらしい。体もたねェ。早く出たい。
