The interrogation came. As usual, we had some casual banter, but then I told them, “Starting today, I refuse to be questioned.” The officer’s face turned pale. He started trying to persuade me, saying that refusing to attend interrogations is completely different from remaining silent. I had to hold back a laugh.
It seemed like that would be a big problem for them, so I decided to let it slide. I agreed to attend the interrogations, but on the condition that they drastically reduce the number of sessions.
Their response? “We’ll consider it.”
What do you mean, “consider it,” you fool! I’m the one holding all the cards here.

取調べが来た。いつものように漫談をして、「今日から、取調べを拒否する」と告げると（刑事の）顔が真っ青になっていた。黙秘するのと、出場（留置場から出て取調べを受けること）拒否するのは全然違うことだと言って、説得を始めた。内心笑ってしまった。
どうやらそれだけは困る様なので許してやった。つもり、調べは出てあげるけど極端に数を減らせと注文をつけた。
すると、「検討する」との返答。
何が検討だよ、バカヤロー笑。こっちがボールを持ってるっつーの。
