It’s the last day of October. Two weeks have passed since I was indicted. Bail has been denied, and I’m now waiting for the first trial. However, I’m starting to get frustrated wondering when I’ll get that notice.
Ideally, I’d like to be released sometime in November. But I’ve heard that, typically, a schedule for the first trial is set about three weeks after indictment, with the trial itself being about a month later. This news is quite discouraging.
二週
10月も最後の日。起訴されて2週間が経った。保釈は却下され、初公判を待つ身となってしまった。が、いつそのしらせが来るのだろうとイライラし始める。
出来れば、11月中に出たいと思うようになった。でも、聞いた話しだと、起訴されて3週間後に1ヶ月先の初後半の日程が決まるらしい相場だとしり、ガックリきてしまった。
